Makernoons is a free weekly outreach session, taking place at Blackhorse Workshop since 2022, with the aim of combating isolation and building community.

We reached out to local Waltham Forest community groups to invite its members to join in, learn to use tools, make together as a group, share ideas, and form a community around making. We have a group of regular members who work on their own projects – some who join us every week – all made from scrap materials produced by the Workshop.
